JAMES THOMAS HOBERT AGE 47
JAMES THOMAS HOBERT AGE 47 residing in PiƱero Subdivision Mangnao Dumaguete City Philippines, A long time member of the Living in Cebu Forums is arrested for possession and/or dealing of drugs.
Subject
to Search Warrant (SW) on illegal drugs by the members of the Drug
operatives PDEA, PDEU and PNP PIB-SOG, the subject is a US National
identified as one
JAMES THOMAS HOBERT AGE 47 is no longer a resident on this blog.
He was banned from the Living in Cebu forums and got his badge of honor, me myself being awarded with the same badge countless times, I will recognize him as a free man. If you want to hear from him you can find him at the Cebu Foreigners club right here,
where he posts regularly, decently, on various subjects.
We wish him a good luck, hopefully he has learned from his mistakes, that is involvement on the drugs, flocking with sexpats and scammers on the Living in Cebu Forums.
Stay clean my friend, enjoy a decent way of life in the Philippines.

Just a suggestion, you may want to correct this LOOSER's name. He is James Thomas Hobert. Better for searches. HAHA, of course he was set-up, aren't all criminals? Anyways hope he enjoys his prison stay. Maybe the folks at LinC can set up a schedule to visit him and bring him comfort items. Now I understand LinC bringing back the "hidden forum", to conduct business as usual. That Colemanlee looks pretty rough and wonder about his woman friend with all her tattoos.
ReplyDeleteHello and thanks for the suggestion. All Filipino press and the Police report in Dumaguete mention him as HUBERT. Only his FB sais HOBERT. Whatever it is I corrected the title.
DeleteFriends, I said it time and again: Get the feck out of there. More than even now! The stupid Paul is out. He was replaced by a whole different gang, operating deep inside the unreachable layers of the "hidden forums", only few selected will attend.
How about Mr member #1? Still there? Say hello and good reading. Soon he will have a lot of explaining to do.
Correction: Indeed, a closer look at the police report it sais HOBERT. The misspelling came from the press.
DeleteI see the "powers to be" seem to want to purge anyone that speaks any truth. It is no longer an out right ban, but an assault on them and their posts. Of course, the regulars all pile on and soon the unwanted poster just leaves and quits posting. The big questions is why not just make the forum private, and then all the looser misfit memvers can conduct their business in private and among themselves. As a normal rational person, I just don't understand the motive behind this LinC forum madness. It is not even remotely about Cebu any more, just total idiots and morons arguing about meaningless pictures. I guess this is where the new owner wants his forum headed, straight down the toilet.

The new team of scammers have a different strategy of luring victims to their “charities”, payday and various other underground activities. Closing the visible boards will have to accept untested membership directly to the secret forum without scrutiny whatsoever. Keep in mind, as you mentioned, they definitely want the old farts and hard headed out and replace it with a NEW, trusted membership for the HIDDEN forum coming from a NEW membership recruited on the SURFACE forum. Once (New member) stupidity, naivety and ”good heart” old boys were confirmed they will be on the list “to be scammed”, others, like pimps, pedophiles, human traffickers, drug users/dealers will be taken in charge by the designated “moderator” for “further development” of the “business”.
More arrests in Cebu, http://philippineslifestyle.com/drug-raid-cebu-americans-britons/ Any connection to LinC?
ReplyDeleteWhich jail is Hobert in? Does he have a bail hearing date? Or are we all just waiting for the next news story to speculate about?
ReplyDeleteI spoke to him in Why Not almost a year ago and he said he was going to Mexico. When I insinuated to him that he might be going for the ladies he turned to me and said-up "drugs."
Having that experience tells me he was not setup, he was taking his chances.
There will be no bail hearing. The offense is not bailable. Say goodby to your friend. Rare are foreigners who survived in a PH jail past the 5th year of incarceration.
DeleteAre any of these LINCers?

The LinC forums members will not disclose such information.
DeleteBut looking at the list of scumbags members of this forum that have been arrested or deported chances are all of them were there. Remember, Paul was known in the night life very accommodating to pimps and human traffickers.
Any news?
ReplyDeleteFor 2nd day now: Living In Cebu Forums is currently unavailable
ReplyDeleteR.I.P. LinC?
I wish you were right, but I'm afraid that is the SEARS store closing for a few days reopening with a bang as a new or upgraded. The forum is not down, is hidden from the public, including registered members. I see it as a plot, working on new hidden forums only and feck the old farts who complain all the time. Get rid of them.

ReplyDeleteDid the feds raid the server?
bwaahahahahaha!!!! Everything is possible. Mr Membersip has some crooked business in Las Vegas.

ReplyDeleteEst LinC mort?
:)
see answer above.
DeleteJim Hobert is still in jail in the Junob area of Dumaguete. He has ladyboy visits regularly in the conjugal areas of the prison.
ReplyDeleteHello friend and sorry for the delay, on long summer vacation. I'm not surprised mate, I've seen this before; Drew Shoobrook was as long he has money will have VIP treatment till he can't afford the bribes, neither his lawyer, better be in good health to digest the salted fish with a cup of rice. Besides, chances are the guards are informing the prosecutors on his comportement to lambaste him in trial with a Slaaaaammmdunk! Life in prison = death penalty in the PH.
DeleteHe says he was framed. He expects to beat the case. He has been locked up for five months now. Locals say he was indeed using and likely selling a bit. He was also quite known to frolick with the ladyboys. I think he is in big trouble and will be locked up for years to come. He has been to trial already and from what I heard, the trial is finished. Not sure yet the verdict. Maybe it is not immediate if law states that the judge passes judgement not a jury. If anyone knows, go ahead and chime in as to how much time he will actually get. He was caught with four or five sacks with what looks like an aggregate of four grams. Meanwhile many at the local night club Why Not say, he was a jerk always disrespectful to the working girls and that it could not have happened to a 'nicer' guy.
ReplyDeleteDisrespectful? Like 80% of singles, scumbags coming to the Philippines "to have a good time" Yeah...right...
DeleteAs to how much time he'll get, what ever will be et probably minimum 5 years, it doesn't take more than that in a Philippines jail to be considered as a death penalty.
whats his sentence?

DeleteHow about Reekay? He's been punting in the Philippines for years.
ReplyDeleteUpdate on James Hobert. He's still in the can. LOL!
ReplyDeleteHe (James Hobert) filed a motion that was granted, yet will do 45 days more then be released- according to him. He found out I laid up with his ex-girlfriend and is now threatening to hunt me down via his new-found prison associations. He even got a couple of tattoos whilst in there. Claims he is of a well connected consortium now.
ReplyDeleteHe got out and then got busted again two days ago!!!!! What a clown!!!
ReplyDeleteOnce a scumbag always a scumbag. He has plenty of supporters on this forum LICF. Salty's dog preferred peddler.
ReplyDeleteWhat's the latest? I know he got busted again but did he get sentenced and for how long? As forReekay, he's now punting in Vietnam- what a pig.
