The living in Cebu forums is definitely living its last days. Less than 50 members are posting, always the same, those who either have nothing else to do in life or have an interest in helping Paul Petrea setting up a new scam. 

 

 In effect, Paul Petrea is scamming again. As expected. He’s not alone, some other “talented” guys got involved in the scam, members of the forum straggling to raise money for the failing Paul in Cambodia,  where this blogger follow him, solemnly attesting there is no repeat of scam “a la Philippines”  in Cambodia. 

Paul Petrea has to count only on criminal activities to survive, like human trafficking, drug selling and the like. The expat community in Cambodia has been warned, they all stay away from him. Shame on Living in Cebu forums associates.

But a few nostalgic  of the forum don’t give up. They fly to his rescue exploiting the current situation in the Philippines to raise money for this criminal. The thread started by a fellow advertising his Watch business on Paul’s site with a paid banner below: Shame on Living in Cebu forums associates.

greetings all,
as i mentioned in another thread a day or two ago, a LINC fund drive will be initiated so here we go! along with our LINC Members’ Emergency Fund pinned in this section it’s time we had a nice gentle push to all our fellow members to contribute any amount they can spare to build up the reserves of this site. 

as everyone knows and i along with quite a few others have seen personally with our own eyes, paul uses the funds to cover site costs and donates any excess to Philippine charities. with the terrible typhoon aftermath and huge relief going on it may take years to get a  handle on the devastation and restore the afflicted to at least the minimum subsistence level. providing some relief towards that new calamity along with keeping up with the usual children’s charities paul donates to could chew up alot of cash. since our established LINC Members Emergency Fund has been privately funded by myself and a hand full of fellow members, we have not needed to accept donations altho we are very grateful to those many members who offered. 

i ask those who have offered along with everyone else to now donate to LINC itself by clicking the donate button on the forum page, or thru methods listed in the forum advertising pricing page. i’m a roll up my sleeves blue collar type working man and not the best with computers so if anyone can include a link to the donate button for this thread along with a link to the advertising payment methods so people can see how to donate it would be appreciated. if anyone based in cebu city wishes to donate and doesn’t have paypal or the time to go to a western union or other payment methods then simply contact me via PM. myself and my wife along with our work crew are always on call for our biz and can easily meet up, accept your donation along with giving you a receipt, and we will forward it to paul.

When we thought is over.Is not! You think Paul left the building and all is quite and in order? The living in Cebu forums is now a better place? No more scams? Well,think again! That's not what Phillip John Keen thinks of Paul, for being scammed on a cold blooded way  as Paul knows the formula.

This is the first page of a thread  published on on liveinthephilippines forum owned by Matt Wilkie also a sexpat scammer, good friend of Paul before things turned sour over a forum traffic on the net. Matt shot the thread down and with it the forum went dark leaving him with 4-5 members only. There are 45 pages where you can read the whole store what happened. Since this is a saved version all links are not necessary working. One has to click on the numbers and not on "next" or "previous" messages like the picture shows below. There is one  on the beginning  and the bottom of each page. 

 In the page 22 you'll find a long comment from one that knows him well, some one who witnessed the sinister acts of a psychopath formerly living in Cebu. Scroll the window and find Bob Ward name on the left and the message  RE: So what's the story - Americano..?? « Reply #320 on: March 5, 2012, 10:32:24 PM »

Guenther Vomberg Filipino Citizen.As the name of this newly created blog indicates - Paul Petrea and associates- we have already inaugurated the event by honoring Guenther Vomberg, a prominent member of the living in Cebu forums, a key member with a record posting of 7000+ comments since December of 2010. Less than two years, provided not even his boss Paul Petrea owner of the forum has achieved this in the same period, counting the rugby threads as well. Congratulations Commander.   

One more time this controversial foreigner from Germany about to be a Filipino citizen is taking advantage of others' people statements to portray himself as a loyal and cooperative foreigner, a law abide citizen making sure every one understand he's here, on this forum, to defend the honor and positive image of the Philippines against those other slanders that day in day out complaining about anything in the Philippines. 

Any one asked him to do this? No! Just on his own!

Last week, there was a thread about a subject on PH judicial system, specifically on a case that has been debated for years in the legal circles all over the world, as a unique case of careless, expedite judgment that almost sent to death a guy accused of a heinous crime.

 Basically, the accused was sentenced on the sole testimony of a prosecutor's witness, a felon testifying in exchange of saving his own head. The court, refused the defense to enter testimony of 42 reliable witness placing the accused as being in Manila the day and time the crime was committed in Cebu.

In the Philippines, courts consider the alibi as a weak defense, contrary to the testimony of any unreliable or suspicious testifying under obscure motivations witness will be heard with greater interest. If this case is dated back to 2005-06 the country has avoided in extremis a similar embarrassment on a Norvegian and his Filipina fiancèe accused of killing a 6 year old girl, accusation  also based on a vague testimony with the police investigators ignoring the accused strong alibi. Finally, thanks to the intervention of Governor Garcia,  she did not permit the ignorance of a chief of police to prevail, she fired him, the Norvigian was freed.

When in Bohol, the case have been freely debated with my friends, Lawyers and other legal professions, doctors and high ranking government employees all agreed the Philippines have been ridiculed internationally in this case, nothing to be proud of. But not Guenther Vomberg! No! Guenther doesn't want to comment against the government! 

 Soooo!!! Important the guy ha! he's wearing a Philippines commander's uniform..... Wow!!!! He works for the Philippines government and he has to shut his fecking mouth!!!!!.... Or else!.... What this "else" can be? as one of his his co- forumers told him once: 

"I can see that you speak from a position of authority on this subject...

and also "you are always try to please someone"..

But the Philippines government has never asked any one to fly to the rescue of its flawed judicial system,even less to Guenther Vomberg! Philippines is open to criticism, they used to, they know the flaws goes beyond the basics, the reason often being the implementation of a judicial system based on this of the US, unfit to their culture, counting on untrained investigators and prosecutors often appointed to the job by politicians keeping an election time promise. Guenther's agenda is different. He has some other reasons trying to please the authorities and we have seen it before. But trust me, those Guenther thinks will reward his allegiance don't give a crap for him.

The entry was first posted on another blog that blog dot com chose to suspended to protect the integrity of Paul Petrea! What a joke, isn't it? But because Paul is still alive and well now operating out of Cambodia and because he's ready to strike again on expats living there it will be necessary to re-publish the topic in an effort of informing expats living in Cambodia to be victimized as those he scammed in the Philippines. Evan Iliadis is following his trail through the forums there, he keeps low profile, reduced to the status of a zero as opposed to a "hero"he used to be in the Philippines nightlife, now  posting under aliases!.. but something tells me we will hear from him again. Paul can't live without his name is on the "headlines" no matter for good or worst, as long as we talk about him.
Let's get started now. The Screen shot below is from the old entry, same for the pictures and text.

I'm reminding you, Paul with another American member of his forum set up a lending business scheme to defraud members of his forum thousands of US dollars before "exiting" the Philippines from the back door in Mindanao. He was promising them the highest return on their investment, except from one or two, most lost the their capital, some big, more than 13K US dollars other small just a couple of K only.Total estimated about 40K US$.

Paul Petrea "left" will not be missed.

A few months have passed without this enormous mass of a psychopath walking the streets of Cebu and CarCar. The barfines brothels lost a valuable contributor to their principal purveyor of chicks and newly arrived expats directing them to their brothels to be scammed.

It seems he doesn't have the same luck in Cambodia, of what I'm reading not many want to be around him. Since day one, been in Thailand first, he has never used his name, even less in Cambodia. He's under pressure from some members on that, some sarcastic comments from his forumers here and there, not that much of success with Cambodian women, making him a nostalgic of the beautiful Filipinas, those he could beat the hell out of them to satisfy the beast sleeping in him. A psychopath at its finest.
As I stated before, he hopes a comeback to the Philippines, the only place he can have free treatment for his illness, a few women to beat up that is and calm down for a while. One of his victims confirmed it first hand. He said Hi felt in love? Maybe. But no woman ever felt in love with Paul Petrea. Every poor girl came close to him, even those of his close friends, windup to be a bar girl, a scammer or an instrument to his psychotic behavior. When he had nothing in hand he was paying barfine to "hire" a girl during the paroxysm of his craving to hurt.

If this one made it to my blogs there are others were pending in the prosecutor's office, including   involved in accident driving drunk (as usual) without a driver license where he almost killed a biker.

and there was this deportation order issued in 2006 for another beating on his then wife, for what is important to re-post the way it was perceived by a known figure of the Philippines low life companions he was surrounded  then. Perry Gamsby applauded him on a forum by saying this.
