Yes, I agree, the blog is neglected and Paul is not happy. Paul needs the publicity from where ever it comes, positive or negative, for him, as long as we talk about him, IS a publicity that helps him.
He has to keep his image alive to remind the bottom of the expat and sexpat community flocking in his forums and the entire Philippines that he's their servant, the one they can go for therapy and spit their venom on Obama, blacks, Filipinos, Koreans and those activists fighting human trafficking and criminals operating out of the Philippines. 

First, I seize the opportunity to reply to a long time "supporter" who kept the touch with me from day one, going back to 2009 (I think) sending me the nastiest but funny mails that make me always laugh, never got mad at him. To protect his identity, (See? How nice on me?) even though not sure if he writes under his real name, it would be better for him. Paul may be in Cambodia but he's a member of his forum. The mail came August 10 this year, haven't reply to "Tom"yet, I rarely did to his often long insulting mails, but I'll do it today in the most formal way, right on the blog that is! 

The major problem Tom has with me, he thinks I'm targeting and bashing Americans only, he has repeated this on every mail he has sent me, probably the veteran found opportunity here to trumpet his patriotism to his fellow Kanos living in the PH. 

Of course, he doesn't know I'm a US Citizen myself, so is my wife and both of my children, the two of them they chose to live in the US, one is leaving next year, the younger one in 3 years from now. 

Of course, he doesn't know that since November of last year I've been receiving a comfortable retirement from the US for putting into the system (SS and 401K) for nearly 20 years, even when I wasn't living there provided as a self  employed as I was, could afford the luxury of being the sole contributor. Paul Petrea Living In Cebu Forums

 That's far from the first time, I am quite sure.  When I ban people, for some reason, they take it personally and feel as though they just have to lash out, usually focusing all their energy on me. Fine with me. I have no one to impress, and I don't give two shits about what others think of me - fortunately. Not to mention, if they are talking about me, they are leaving someone else alone. 

I tell ya, being a member of this forum must be something that some people just can't live without. Otherwise, why would they go nuts after being banned, just to talk about other members of this site - after the fact? Oh well. Screw 'em.

For those familiar with Paul Petrea's LIVING IN CEBU FORUMS, shall notice some changes are taking place for a while now in the way he manages the stable. 

 These changes are in line with what I was expecting, contributing to the fall of a psychopath struggling to survive on the only asset he always had, that is a group of peddler living in Cebu. 

Members defected by hundreds, same for topics and postings, deleted or  moved to hidden areas, to be left with only a few "regulars" that made the forum their way of living, psychologically unfit for real activities with real people. 

The Philippines, no matter what they say, have never been their home, most of them hate to be stacked in there, they'll give everything to go back to their country. But they have nothing, in their age not even good for work at Mcdo.  

Don't be impressed by the membership numbers as shown on the forum stats, they are all fake. Paul is creating profiles to up the numbers artificially, he logs in with to show high daily members' participation, many of the members do the same, I know at least 5 having 12 different profiles each, but looking at the posts 90% are coming from the same people, about 50 members.

Some of these active members, if banned from the forum will commit suicide, life for them would have no meaning outside the forum, they have no one to unfold their thoughts, often cruel, perverted, making Whippy look innocent in comparison.

Whippy isn't one of them. As a self admitted sexpat, an old amongst older residents in the sexpat community has always claimed his real reason for living in Cebu, his touch of honesty had entertained many in the forum, make him likable to the majority of the members and of course  Paul Petrea's personal friend.    

To my stupefaction, I noticed Whippy has been banned by Paul a few days ago for posting this:

The guy that has scammed all of "his regulars" in the forum thousands of dollars and fled to Cambodia living on this money, his forum there didn't bring a single dollar of income, the other one, Sihanoukville Forum, he tries "to rebuild" didn't make him a hero, they all know the specie, very few interacts with him. 

Could go on an on with the psycho, but better conclude. I have two messages. One for Whippy one for Paul:

Goodbye Whippy, many will miss you in the forum, they all know you were the best fit, the most representative of the members of the sexpat forum that now has no value. Living in Cebu forums' hey days were built on outraged statements, scams, criminal actions, rants on Filipinos and their country, not only from Paul but from many others. Remove that and is all gone. Killed! 

Paul can't change the direction of a forum specialized on sexpat information and behavior to "where we can find a good meat in Cebu"  or "if someone knows a good painter" Not many cares. What they care most, is where we can find the cheapest pussy, short time hotels, cheapest JD scotch, hottest GRO in town. Ask Perry Gamsby and that's what you get, (see secreenshot below)  

Of course, these subjects are discussed down stairs, but newbies are not invited, egomaniacs not interested because they can't get "likes" and "thanks" viewed by all.

The living in Cebu forums is definitely living its last days. Less than 50 members are posting, always the same, those who either have nothing else to do in life or have an interest in helping Paul Petrea setting up a new scam. 

 

 In effect, Paul Petrea is scamming again. As expected. He’s not alone, some other “talented” guys got involved in the scam, members of the forum straggling to raise money for the failing Paul in Cambodia,  where this blogger follow him, solemnly attesting there is no repeat of scam “a la Philippines”  in Cambodia. 

Paul Petrea has to count only on criminal activities to survive, like human trafficking, drug selling and the like. The expat community in Cambodia has been warned, they all stay away from him. Shame on Living in Cebu forums associates.

But a few nostalgic  of the forum don’t give up. They fly to his rescue exploiting the current situation in the Philippines to raise money for this criminal. greetings all,
as i mentioned in another thread a day or two ago, a LINC fund drive will be initiated so here we go! along with our LINC Members’ Emergency Fund pinned in this section it’s time we had a nice gentle push to all our fellow members to contribute any amount they can spare to build up the reserves of this site. 

as everyone knows and i along with quite a few others have seen personally with our own eyes, paul uses the funds to cover site costs and donates any excess to Philippine charities. with the terrible typhoon aftermath and huge relief going on it may take years to get a  handle on the devastation and restore the afflicted to at least the minimum subsistence level. providing some relief towards that new calamity along with keeping up with the usual children’s charities paul donates to could chew up alot of cash. since our established LINC Members Emergency Fund has been privately funded by myself and a hand full of fellow members, we have not needed to accept donations altho we are very grateful to those many members who offered.

I just placed a 6 month ad in his Living in Cebu at a cost of $153 and as he just banned me for saying stuff he didn't like,he has also cancelled my ad and makes no move to repay the remaining 5 months plus of unused paid up ad fees. So fuck him.

 Perhaps you can give me ideas where to search to find things like Arrest warrants and any other damning document out there on him?

This is the first page of a thread  published on on liveinthephilippines forum owned by Matt Wilkie also a sexpat scammer, good friend of Paul before things turned sour over a forum traffic on the net. Matt shot the thread down and with it the forum went dark leaving him with 4-5 members only. There are 45 pages where you can read the whole store what happened. Since this is a saved version all links are not necessary working. One has to click on the numbers and not on "next" or "previous" messages like the picture shows below. There is one  on the beginning  and the bottom of each page. 

 In the page 22 you'll find a long comment from one that knows him well, some one who witnessed the sinister acts of a psychopath formerly living in Cebu. Scroll the window and find Bob Ward name on the left and the message  RE: So what's the story - Americano..?? « Reply #320 on: March 5, 2012, 10:32:24 PM » 

It takes a lot of courage and more than a touch of honesty to bring the facts to the public. Bob Ward is now a taller man than he was already.

In my turn, I Appeal to his cohorts partners in scamming from the Living in Cebu forums Guenther Vomberg  and Tim Potter "aka"USMC retired  to force their boss to reimburse him or face the consequences!
