Whatever this reason is and to the contrary of what he may thought, I published them as received and unedited, may be seen by clicking on the second link above. Even better, I thought should take a bit more time replying  with a new post rather than a few lines on the comments square.

To the contrary of the place he chose to fire your bullets i’m honorable enough to publish your comment as received and unedited. Your comment is dated Nov.21 just about the same time your rant on the dirty kitchen where you chose to debate it first, before you come to me. Why is that?

Sir, neither Foreign Legion or US Marine Corp have the monopoly of honor or making good men better. Some times is the opposite. both can be a factory fabricating criminals, Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols not being isolated cases, Foreign Legion had its share as well.

 Frankly, as much respect I do have for those who served and still serving I haven’t seen them in the place you chose to spread your ideals and statements on moral issues you publish there, often in the form of a sermon. All I’m reading from the "veterans" is insults to black color skin people, praising psychopaths cops beating up and killing unarmed people, and this, even from the husbands of Filipinas often with same dark skin as those your partners in "the special forums" erected to them spend their day denigrating.  

Are you contributing on that? of course you do! with your own statements? Before he fled to Cambodia to avoid arrest he took as a hostage an naive girl he has indoctrinated in her the  Stockholm syndrome for years, brought her to Cambodia for a round of humiliation with her son that supposedly he recognized as his but if true is only in the Philippines, and then sent her back to the Philippines to find a job in a bar. She chose instead an honest job in the Middle east.

His old forum got into trouble with the city of Cebu. He had a sub forum that dealt with Cebu's nightlife. Prostitution was promoted, dubious pictures posted, and in general just smut filled. Well someone posted about Paul using the Official Seal of Cebu City, making it appear that his forum was an official Cebu website.
Paul got scared and removed the Seal, and handed over the "nightlife" section to his porno peddling buddy who was a moderator at the time. Paul and this guy soon had a falling out, as with most of his buddies. To this day Paul hates the guy's guts.

What was his downfall was that his passport was stolen and he never bothered to get a new one. He was living in the Philippines without a passport, thus no visa stamps. The day he hit JJ over a lost pool game, JJ turned him in. Of course Paul could not produce a passport or any visas. He was jailed until the embassy issued him a passport, and as he tells it, voluntarily left the Philippines to Australia to hook up with his 2 buddies there.

So you can see Paul has been a scammer and con-man all his life, and has told more lies than anyone I can think of.
I have much more info on all of his buddies, many of them smut peddlers, drunks, pedos, sexpats, and assorted other trash.

The reason I hate these types, as I live in the Philippines, and believe me, that these guys portray a bad image for all of us.
Making a stand and exposing them is what is needed, and it shows that good people will not tolerate foreigners who come to the Philippines to degrade the country and it's people."

Where is Paul Petrea? He missed his hey days in his forum when he was free to pollute it with  trash, outrage and provocation. Be it his drinking escapades, his exploits with minors, slapping and humiliating Vivian publicly to show his ferocity to the members of his forum sending the message "I'm the boss here". All gone! When we thought Paul's living in Cebu forums up to march of last year was in the intensive care awaiting its final days due to luck of sexpats willing to be exposed, fearing "the stalker" may strike again, Steven Matrix came out of the blue and revived it with a nicely orchestrated scam. 

In few simple words, it happened like this: 

Steven Matrix, a previous resident in Cebu now living in Monmouth - Oregon wanted to visit Cebu PH for 3 months and needed someone to take care of his house and feed his chicken and goats while away. Where is Paul Petrea?

He offered Paul Petrea to do just this, paid his ticket from Cambodia to Oregon, Steven came to Cebu becoming a temporary resident again but also the star of the living in Cebu forum, spending more time on his computer than for the purpose he came over. 

There was also an obscure deal on the table for Steven to buy the forum from Paul, deal gone sour, probably he realized it was worth a bit more than a penny, but made Paul believe all the way to the end that he will follow through, realizing afterwords it wasn't a good idea to leave this thieve alone in his house while away. Where is Paul Petrea?

In the mean time, Steven helped Paul how to make some money from this forum provided the money he stole from investors from the previous scam
(Plenty to read) was all gone and not a new one as juicy was visible in the horizon, contended himself on a smaller one.

 Dear Reader I have something to tell you. The real news is Paul is at best the same he always was, a drunkard, same sources of living, (scamming, barfine girls provider to the bar owners, hunting for needy girls to beat them up and more.

The protagonists of the ongoing operation are the following members: (Besides Paul Petrea of course) Very few know their name and whence came from. No mention in their profile no mention if they are living in the Philippines.

This same guy attacked a member who asked for clarifications on the donations. 3 others joined him and hammered the guy that ended on his banning.

As soon as the member signaled it they repaired the glitch but at the same time he, "bigmook" aka Gregory Conaway(?), insulted badly the guy for the warning. Which guy? The guy who was banned and now he's preparing his own blog on the subject.

He fits better the profile of a con artist than a philanthropist. When you're soliciting funds from the public to finance a charity, you need to provide that same public with your first and last name to say the least. 

You need to provide the public with credible evidence on your integrity, motivations, past verifiable credentials on similar work done, something impossible to produce when you're operating out of a forum with history of scams and deceits. Where is Paul Petrea?

You need also not to insult or banning the members asking explanation on your way of operating, especially covering up your cohorts (about to be named shortly) on laughable statements about the disbursement of the monies collected.

He's the charity, disasters, expats health insurance scams of the kind déjà vu, that is expats health insurance that a few years ago another ambitious member tried the same not only within the LICF but spread it to other forums where he found me on his way. Mark Hamilton is now banned from this forum. Not because of the suspected scam, it never happens; It was because he disagreed with Paul on other matters. The Tsar of Georgia, Paul! Le me have that big f...ng Greek laugh of my life lol!

Anyways, The guy is presenting himself under the first name Fred, one of the older advertisers on the forum as buyer and repairman of watches. Contrary to his partner above he states his lieu of residence.

He has tried time and again to setup "philanthropic" actions but none went through. In one of these projects he wanted to name Paul Petrea the guardian of the funds. Lets read it again

greetings all,
as i mentioned in another thread a day or two ago, a LINC fund drive will be initiated so here we go! along with our LINC Members’ Emergency Fund pinned in this section it’s time we had a nice gentle push to all our fellow members to contribute any amount they can spare to build up the reserves of this site. 

As everyone knows and i along with quite a few others have seen personally with our own eyes, paul uses the funds to cover site costs and donates any excess to Philippine charities. with the terrible typhoon aftermath and huge relief going on it may take years to get a  handle on the devastation and restore the afflicted to at least the minimum subsistence level.  

providing some relief towards that new calamity along with keeping up with the usual children’s charities paul donates to could chew up alot of cash. since our established LINC Members Emergency Fund has been privately funded by myself and a hand full of fellow members, we have not needed to accept donations altho we are very grateful to those many members who offered. 

i ask those who have offered along with everyone else to now donate to LINC itself by clicking the donate button on the forum page, or thru methods listed in the forum advertising pricing page. i’m a roll up my sleeves blue collar type working man and not the best with computers so if anyone can include a link to the donate button for this thread along with a link to the advertising payment methods so people can see how to donate it would be appreciated.
