A few of the members in the Living in Cebu Forums have rebelled against Paul Petrea’s policy to shelter and protect pimps, criminals, vicious porn site authors featuring content that is anything else you want except porn, reserved for fun time to psychopaths, scammers, and pedophiles.
I
wrote in the past about them, exposed them, shot down their pimping
business, sent to jail, or on hiding, depriving them the limelight so
badly needed for them to be known by others and be together in their
criminal activities.
Today, I’m here once again to demonstrate what I’m screaming loud and clear for more than 8 years:
That
the living in Cebu forums is infested by more than one pedo you
discover once in a while. There are many more, keeping low profile
because of fear of the stalker.
Let’s get started.
A bit of biography:
William Antony Becket was involved with a company in London by the name of EVERY CITY LIMITED https://everycity.co.uk
What
type of company is this? Most of the time a monkey business. You’ll
never know exactly what they really do, often using it as a façade for
behind the scenes crooked business. Drew Shobbrook had a similar
business in AU and the Philippines.
He served as a director Appointed on 9 June 2010 and Resigned on 10 November 2016. I don’t know the circumstances behind the resignation, as published by the corporation minutes’ book and does not give a reason.
He claims, to have come to the Philippines in 2010 and joined the LICF forums under the pseudo "SKYWALKER" in 2011. (according to this forum database)

his profile and content there isn’t much to be intrigued, an ordinary
member that, curiously, in contrast with his FB profile where he used to
“show the color” with no complex whatsoever, as a sexpat pedophile, the
same as Drew Shobbrook, with
the only difference, his harem was composed of minor boys, some even
babies, as opposed to Drew’s who was only of minor girls. Take a look

Why he deleted them? Because he was tipped by Paul what was coming up for him, because Paul and 2-3 of his lowlife moderators knew it from these good people who thought Paul will react in a positive way and remove the guy from the forum. It happened exactly the opposite. Paul banned the whistle blowers instead. As usual.
Back in January of this year, I received a message from an anonymous FB member informing me about a turmoil taking place in the hidden forums of the LICF; members were banned, threads were deleted, private messages to the moderators were divulged and more. At the center of the controversy was William Antony Becket aka “Skywalker”, that a few members wanted his ousting of the forum, provided they knew the Ombudsman is investigating the case and once arrested, the stalker Evan will publish at least 10 blogs on the case.
I was informed regularly on the progression, and like anybody else, frustrated by the inaction of the authorities that wanted more proof than a testimony and few pictures on the FB.
At this point and time, I will now publish a few pictures William had in public view on his FB page.

Doubt you'd have any problems. They're pretty lax on those domestic flights but might be worth ringing the airline.
In an abundance of caution, i'd probably check in separately from the group, in your situation. Sad we have to think about raising eyebrows but it is a fact of life here

Particularly in my situation, since that baseless
vindictive accusation made against me, I've become almost paranoid, but

At the same time, a few, very few good Samaritans were secretly battling the animal, at least that's what they thought, secretly, but they were wrong. undermining the cleverness of some of the moderators who had a different agenda, in my opinion, was something like that:
When the case was brought in the hidden forum, by privately informing the moderators, they thought they would see them reacting in the sense they were expecting, ban him that is, but, it didn't happen; not only they were banned, worse, They immediately informed William Antony Becket of what was going on.
Paul Petrea could not afford to read in the news the arrest of another member of his forum, as this will give more ammunitions to Stalker Evan to shut down his forum.
By tipping him right the way gave him time to correct his behavior in public, he deleted or took off public view all discriminating FB pictures and comments, was ordered also to be careful what he posts in the forum, even in the hidden forums.
Most important, Paul and his criminal associates, removed the only hope the Good Samaritans had to jail the animal: William Antony Becket suddenly stopped publically appearing with the children, went into the secrecy, never mind the pain that this usually causes to narcissistic individuals.
Et maintenant? And now? Where are we going from here?
William will never be prosecuted unless he commits this fatal faux pas. Where the law failed, naming and shaming take the relais. I don’t know his whereabouts, but, I’m sure, someone will come forward, and if don't, this will not prevent me from bringing William Antony Becket to the international public tribunal informing the world who lives near by to watch for their kids.
Like any resident on my wall of shame, his life will never be the same. And who knows, some old skeletons may come out of the closet, maybe the Scotland Yard that has jailed more than one of its citizens for the same crimes committed in the Philippines will react. It looks like when it comes to children’s’ welfare the UK doesn’t need much of a proof; evidence like this will suffices. I will keep you posted.
You are clearly delusional. You should try attacking real criminals, rather than pointing your rants at an innocent person. All that you have succeeded in doing here is to devalue everything you have said about everyone on your 'wall of shame'.
So, you will have no problem naming a single child whose life I have apparently ruined? The whole problem with your entire article is that it contains not a shred of proof, it's all innuendo based on the word of a purveyor of stolen goods, and some perfectly innocent pictures that I posted in a public arena. If I had anything to hide, some nefarious activities that I was involved with – why would I post pictures on the internet? Like I have already said, I can stand any investigation, but this character assassination is disgusting. Get some facts. REAL FACTS. Proper evidence.

Your understanding of UK Law is clearly very limited. The UK authorities would also not act on this flimsy 'evidence'. The word of a man who sells stolen goods, some very public photographs which show kids having fun, and absolute lies. Sorry to spoil your fun. Of course any authority is not likely to act on this 'evidence' and yet this is all you need to make your accusations. Unbelievable really.
One person made these accusations in the LIC Forum, and when (after a good few weeks) that person was unable to substantiate his accusations with any evidence – that was when Paul banned him from the LIC Forum for attacking a member. As far as I am aware he was the only person banned. Getting to the truth isn't something that you appear to be interested in.
There is absolutely no evidence of wrong doing. I have been sponsoring a number of children over many years. This article is completely offensive, full of lies and innuendo, and contains almost no truth. As sad as it may sound to you, I am not sexually interested in minor children. I am, however, interested in the welfare of a few children (whose parents are also friends of mine) and I am happy to meet with anyone who wants to talk to me – yes that's right, I am happy to put the record straight. Try doing a proper investigation before you stick the knife in. The truth is out there if you can be bothered to actually look.
