About Paul Petrea: 

He told his members that he's in America since the middle of November 2014, in Oregon at Matrix house. 
We haven't seen any evidence that he's actually there. It should be a joyful event for someone's comeback to his homeland after more than 20 years on the S/E Asia's lowlife scene spreading terror and bad behavior, making the number one in the list of  shameful expats in the Philippines. 

Instead, he hides his traces  and presence there with flou, unverified statements about stores and food he "discovers" in  America, acting like an indigent who escaped the Amazon jungle and landed in New York. 

On the other side, Steven Matrix  said that he's in Cebu, but for an egomaniac and narsiscistc of this  kind is unusual he didn't post any pictures yet, he also keeps a low profile, no exuberance and show off as before. Hard to believe he's in Cebu, but if true his behavior is a bit fishy. We'll see. .

Paul is telling his supporters in the forum (Not really many) that Google is cutting off his revenue from ads because of inappropriate content. Here are his own words from the living in Cebu forums:

Recently, Google Ads were blocked on this site, due to violations regarding Google's Terms & Conditions. I am in communication with Google now, attempting to get the ad service reinstated.
Effective Immediately, any and all threads will be removed, without prior notification or warning, that matches any of the following content:

A. Google identified the site as having policy violating content on it prior to anybody serving ads on it. As stated in our program policies, publishers may not display Google ads on sites that contain or link to the following types of content:

• Pornography, adult or mature content
• Violent content
• Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organization
• Excessive profanity
• Hacking/cracking content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content
• Sales of beer or hard alcohol
• Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Sales of prescription drugs
• Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns)
• Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer or other goods
• Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays
• Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others

And he added this 

"Folks, if Google does not reinstate the ads for this site, I have few other choices to make concerning its continued existence. I will not support this site with my personal funds. I put too much into this site already.

So, from this point forward, if you wish for this site to continue, please help me by not posting anything related to any of the above content.

Additionally, you can donate to help support this site. Donations of any size are appreciated. It is not online for free, folks. I have monthly fees to pay to keep this site online.

Lastly, and I know some of you will not want to hear this. But, some forums may have to be deleted from the site". 

He claims that the forum cost him money that he can't afford to pay, but when asked how much is costing him replies only with a private message hoping the recipient knows nothing about host servers bolts and nuts. 

You want to know how much cost him?

Cost of domain name: 10 Dollars a year, IPB license anywhere from 200 to 400 per annum depending on the plan, hosting: another 500 yearly. Total cost round number largely estimated $1200 per year = $100 a month. 

His revenue of the ads in the LICF used to be at best $600 in a good month. Often less than that. Not even enough for his monthly consumption of Jack Daniels. 
That's it? 

So how he was doing to survive? From scam to scam folks!

The reason Google has penalized Paul's forum is not the one he has told you. 

It is because this forum is a facade to other sites linked, owned by him   or is associated with. 

Porn sites, scam sites, selling rip-off products and the like. Paul Petrea and Steven Matrix are fighting hard to restore Google's Adsense because this will have a domino effect on others and more important on their survival. 

Paul Petrea never worked in his life. He lives on scams and crooked business. But as a known peddler that no one trusts, he has been in service and the instrument of smarter white collar crooks that used his forum to nest their rip-off business by victimizing stupids in the LICF. First was Bill Aragoni  Before that was Cebutours-Sextours and others.

I don't discuss you with Paul, as its none of my business, but if you want to make war, I will surely bring out the big bucks and see your ass in the slammer. I will hire the best attorney in your jurisdiction, and have him, not only file a civil case against you, but do his best to convince the prosecutor to file criminal charges against you... and yes, I can think of several charges. My reply to Steven is this:

I don't really care what and with whom you discuss things about me. I care more about what you discuss about Paul with others and how you fly to the rescue of a dangerous psychopath that hasn't changed behavior, no remorse  for all the harm he has done to our women in the Philippines. 

That best time he had in his life was beating Vivian daily, trashing her in front of many expats,  after the pleasure he got a few years before of driving 10 miles with his wife clinging to his car and their baby inside. 

Being nostalgic of what he has lost living in the country - that is torturing every single woman made the mistake of dating him - he's living the fantasy in Cambodia in his lowness and isolation inviting a few others crap forum members on the "special section" of the LICF to accompany him  in reviving the scene in his mind. 

Steven Matrix, stop hallucinating about guns, lawyers, or going after my relatives, it's already done by the coalition  and all they obtained is having each of them  pages and pages erected to their honor and efforts. Which might be your case, had you chose this way. Believe me it will be big!..No guns needed, the keyboard is enough..

Steven Matrix this is only the tip of the iceberg what members have witnessed on your peddler. Are these people lying? And you? where do you stand? Does your wife know the psychopath you're (supposedly) providing shelter in your house in Oregon?

You know what?

Above is a list of members of the living in Cebu Forums nurturing Paul in his nostalgia of battering and torturing women in Cebu, all are known as "professional forums" members of several boards about the Philippines and Obama bashers just because he happened to be black. A bunch of racists at their finest.

Folks, everything Paul states here are lies, words of a psychopath schizophrenic enjoying the suffering of his victim. Vivian was never in Cambodia even less with her son. Vivian dumped the bastard and no longer abide by his cruel rules. If he really was supporting her and the child she wouldn't  need to migrate in one of the worst place on earth as a FOW. 

That's what triggered his attack on her, she refuses to let him use her and the child to obtain a new visa for the Philippines claiming humanitarian reasons to support her son. At least that's what he's thinking. 

Somebody else, one more amongst hundreds, voiced out his disdain on Paul had to say this as recently as 2 months ago.
